How To Install Baby Car Seat
My Baby hates his car seat?
Our baby is now 4 months old and he has detested his car seat since the day we brought him home from the hospital.
We have tried everything we can think of. I sit in the back with him, we’ve installed a DVD player, we’ve strung toys, we even tried a new convertible seat to no avail.
Going anywhere is such a trial as he screams from the moment he is buckled in until the moment he is taken out. He doesn’t really like his stroller either, but he doesn’t cry to the point of hysteria as he does when in that dreaded car seat.
Has anyone else faced this problem and if so, how did you resolve it?

My son was the same way. Honestly, it sounds like you’ve done all you can. Your son still needs to be sitting backward – facing at his age but he doesn’t like it, so all you can do is tough it out. Once he’s a year old and at least 21 pounds, you can turn the seat around if you wish. As tempting as it is, don’t turn it around before then as he needs to ride safely. Keep trying the mirror and talk to him so he knows you’re still there. Good luck.
